TOOLING EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST - Injection moulds

For our production plant in Bulgaria city Pazardzhik we are looking to hire:


TOOLING EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST - Injection moulds

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow up on Kostal property (tools, designs and machines) in our external suppliers.
Control execution of the maintenance plans.
Evaluate and approve proposals for modification.
Budgeting maintenance for next periods.
Creating short list of critical parts used in production.
Meeting suppliers for creation of action plans and follow ups.
Support the preparation for presentations related to direct materials.
Heavy support of tool transfers in close collaboration with other Kostal teams.
Be part of design changes and inform suppliers about upcoming modifications.
Lead cost saving initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical education (Preferable machine/mechanic engineer)
CAD/ CAM system 
1-4 years’ experience in production area(injection molding tools ).
Strong communications skills.
English level - minimum B1.
Team player.
Self-driven.
Willingness to travel.
