You will be responsible for the development and support of our Publisher client base. Portfolio Publisher is a fully customizable managed reporting solution integrating FactSet Analytics alongside client proprietary data. Reports within Publisher are created to spec with our clients’ requirements. This team is also responsible for the delivery of Analytics via Analytics Flat Files (txt, csv).
This individual will work directly with clients, sales, additional product specialists, engineering, and quality assurance to create reporting solutions and Analytics Flat Files. You will also be expected to help grow ASV, expand Publisher’s client base, and help to evolve and innovate the product line by championing our business line initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality reporting solutions following best-practices and meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Assist clients in Production to help them achieve their goals through the use of Publisher
- Work with engineers to fix bugs and test enhancements
- Communicate progress and provide transparency throughout the implementation to clients, the Publisher team, and the FactSet Global Client Services team responsible for the account
- Lend product expertise by participating in different occasions covering the product
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (i.e. Engineering, Sales, Strategy) in order to contribute to product enhancements and features
- Be at the forefront of integrating cross-platform FactSet solutions
Required Skills
- Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members in offices globally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player
- Curiosity and strong desire to learn
- Experience with C#, HTML and familiarity with principles in programming languages
