Currently we offer the opportunity to join the team of Our Client, a successful international company, and grow up with them on the position:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
(English or German)
Essential functions include:
- Log, categorise and prioritise customer tickets in line with documented required standards
- Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, e-mail, walk-ups, and callbacks in a timely manner, in accordance with current procedures
- Learn about the project and client specifics and processes
- Conduct initial diagnosis of faults
- Where you are unable to resolve a ticket yourself, you will escalate this to the relevant team.
- You will also have strong communication skills and good attention to detail, ensuring that all information entered into the system is accurate and handled in line with company procedures.
- Manage resolved queues to ensure calls are closed as appropriate
Attributes for Success:
- Master/Bachelor - technical degree preferred
- Work experience in a related role
- Technical background
- Strong problem solving, teamwork, and time management skills
- Highly customer-focused, analytical thinker who can quickly assess and identify customer needs
- Initiative for continued learning and willingness to accept new challenges
- Strong English / German proficiency
