Responsibilities:

• Telemarketing activities


• Contacts with customers


• Preparation of regular bulletins and marketing activities


• Back office activities


• Overall support of Product Line Sales Manager for Microsoft


• Provides regular and ad hoc reporting

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft products – Windows, Office, Servers, and license policies


• Working level of English


• Еxperience in customer support is an advantage


• Fully proficient and confident using a wide range of Microsoft Office package


• Excellent communication and presentation skills both oral and written


• Proactive, confident, and can work on own initiative
