The role would mainly require you to become our Platform Master and liaise with departments like Production, Dealing, Development, IBOps and API, to be able to solve client questions regarding our products, platforms, pricing and
different settings. You will also help communicate feedback and client request internally to ensure we are providing the features and functionalities our clients want.


Primary responsibilities (not limited to)



  • Assist clients via Inbound Emails regarding subjects such as needed documentation, pending deposits/withdrawals, trading platforms, issues with particular trades and the movements in the markets, among others

  • Assist clients via Live Chat when needed. Your role would be mostly on emails, but you will be expected to assist your colleagues in Live Chat if necessary

  • Work and coordinate with multiple FXCM departments as well as your colleagues to ensure client requests are always satisfied

  • Perform other assignments and tasks as assigned by Management

  • Manage the FXCM App Store

  • Assist other teams with tech related questions

  • Provide Support regarding Tech Cases

  • Develop and maintain FX and CFD product and trade execution knowledge


Requirements



  • High level of general computer proficiency

  • High level of critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Ability to quickly grasp new materials and concepts quickly and efficiently

  • Ability to consistently reach both personal and departmental qualitative and quantitative targets

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills


Advantages for the position



  • Ability to discuss financial markets and factors that move them in a clear manner to clients

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service position

  • Previous experience working for a regulated Forex/CFD broker

  • Personal trading experience

  • Programming experience


Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm. Hybrid WFH and WFO – Day Shift


Contract type: Labor contract with FXCM Support EAD
