What are we looking for:



  • We are a complex and global structure – we need you to build and further expand a knowledge base on all the positions and job profiles within our organization in order to be able to engage potential candidates.

  • We always work together and share a common goal – we would love to see you working closely with hiring managers to clearly define the needed skillset, requirements and expectations for each and every role within the organization.

  • Recruitment process from start to finish – we expect you to perform initial screening of candidates and phone interviews; present suitable candidates to hiring managers; schedule face-to-face / online interviews with candidates. The
    ability to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the overall recruitment process and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers is vital. Prepare and present job offers to candidates. Follow up on the
    onboarding process.

  • We constantly change and grow – drafting new job profiles and adverts and updating existing ones accordingly happens on a regular basis. We also expect you to make job postings in job platforms, boards and social media, as well as
    to explore new channels for recruitment-through-advertisement locally and internationally.

    and to work closely with our internal Employer Branding team in order to build a strong employer presence, brand and reputation in some of the most popular social media channels and platforms.

  • We love company events and team building initiatives – we expect you to give a hand and help us organize the best and most memorable ones.

  • In order to be successful with us we need you to be proactive and expand your network and headhunt potential candidates as needed; develop and manage a pool of candidates especially for frequently filled positions; prepare regular
    reports on the activities; provide employees at all levels with assistance and support.

  • Last but not least – be the company Happiness ambassador.


The profile we are looking for:



  • Education in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, IT or another similar major.

  • Experience in the whole recruitment process in various roles. Work in BPO, Financial institution, IT outsourcing company and experience in international recruitment would be considered a strong advantage.

  • Experience in headhunting and in partnerships with HR/Recruitment agencies and Universities would be a plus.

  • Proactiveness in terms of candidates sourcing, employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

  • Knowledge in IT/ Development area would be considered an advantage.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adaptability to dynamic atmosphere.

  • Great use of English – both written and spoken.

  • Confident with MS Office pack.

  • Has experience in writing catchy texts to promote job postings and recruitment campaigns.

  • Welcoming approach to people and positive attitude combined with strong emotional intelligence.
