Context
As part of the company’s digital transformation, Edenred has launched a major program to rationalize and modernize its IT infrastructures through a large-scale private cloud migration while restructuring and consolidating existing IT operations to create a global organization – Edenred Information Technology Center.
Job description and key responsibilities
Job purpose
The candidate will be part of CEE Infra Team, and will work Onsite (Troubleshooting, Infrastructure, AD…)
Reporting lines and interactions:
Reports to: Head of Infrastructure & Operations CEE with a dotted reporting line to the Director of IT – Bulgaria

Edenred has a global IS organization managing all IT systems worldwide (Global Technology). Within GT, the Infra and operations team manages all infrastructure services (workplace, service desk, hosting, clouds, network and telecom, security, unified communications, O365, directories, ….).
We manage the complete lifecycle of infrastructure including production, incident, change, projects, transformation, and strategy and deliver state of the art services to Edenred end users.
The System administrator for Bulgaria is responsible to deliver quality infrastructure services in Edenred Bulgaria.
The main responsibilities of IT administrator are:
• Be single point of contact for any Infrastructure topic in Edenred Bulgaria
• Manage all IT environment including Service Desk operation, asset management, contracts
• Responsible for the 1st line support service including business app availability, reported client issues form customer services, Edenred employee issues, troubleshooting for the issues
• Follow-up Infrastructure and IT Operation SLAs and important monitoring alerts
• Understand Local Business Unit’s strategy, roadmaps, requirements
• Contribute to Infrastructure global projects deployment in BU with a specific focus on legacy and security transformation projects.
• Cooperate closely with all other Infrastructure teams (CEE Infra Teams) and GT teams (Architecture, Front/Middle/Back Office applications, Security, PMO and Finance).
• Continuously propose service improvements and new functionalities

• About 1 year of professional experience in Infrastructure and service desk operation management
• Good English
• Experience of internal support for employees (managing incidents, the operating systems and network related issues)
• Experience of Windows Servers, O365
