The role of the Supply Chain Solutions Expert- Engines is to: - Analyze a wide range of parameters via business intelligence methods – performance and cost indicators, customer and operational feedback – to assess the effectiveness of logistics solutions and explore innovative, data and
process driven approaches for their continued improvement - Support the development and implementation of transport concepts and related network planning, assess their effectiveness, process operational feedback and ensure alignment with the network’s targets
- Create and improve the existing KPI reports for the Performance Dialogues
- Give suggestions for improvement and facilitation of the supply chain working process
- Foster the adherence of service providers to developed transportation concepts
- Build internal awareness and advocate about customers’ needs

To be succefull in the role you need: - University degree in economics, logistics, engineering, informatics or relevant job experience
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other Office products
- Affinity to data and IT systems. Knowledge of VBA and Tableau is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills
- High degree of problem solving and prioritization skills
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
- Readiness to travel on occasional basis
- Resilient towards professional pressure
- Courteous, adaptive to a multi-cultural environment, committed to team results
- Good understanding of modern Supply Chain processes is an advantage
- Experience in Process optimization and application of LEAN methodology
