English fluent

Education / Experience: university degree with 1-2 years of Experience in Supply Chain (Demand, Supply planning, Customer Service)

Ability to travel

Advanced computer skills, particularly Excel (ability to work with big files, v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas), ERP experience, reporting tools as POWER BI (nice to have)

Customer-oriented

Excellent Communication skills, positive attitude, diplomat, able to work in multicultural environment

Ensure product Availability with a strong focus on operation with business impact (Key customers, Key products, new listings…)

Detect alerts proactively and take necessary actions to prevent shortages

Inform countries of next availabilities in case of shortage or potential shortage. And find solutions with Supply Planning, Marketing, Sales, Packaging to improve the situation.

Follow closely and manage allocation quantities per country in case of quota management

Check feasibility of sales opportunities (new listing, last minute promotion…) requests coming from local teams (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing) in cooperation with Demand and Supply Planning teams

Coordinate promotional operations and key events (Back to School, Beauty Season…) and lead all actions that contribute to secure product availability

Make and facilitate the link between the countries, the Demand Planning and the Supply Planning teams
