In April 2017 the production in the new plant in Pazardzhik has started. The company plans to open more then 1 200 employees.

For our production plant in Bulgaria city Pazardzhik we are looking to hire:

Supplier Developer/Purchasing Department

Main responsibilities:
Full responsibility for KPIs in managed area.
Personal responsibility for quality development of main local suppliers (will be defined in agreement with a purchasing manager).
Personal involvement in high escalations of quality issues caused by external and intracompany suppliers with the main focus on immediate improvement, elimination of root causes and charge back of linked costs.
Cooperation with EPC (= East European Purchasing Centre) in seeking for potential suppliers in area of south-eastern Europe.
Auditing of suppliers according VDA 6.3

Main activities:
Developing of suppliers, Auditing of suppliers according VDA 6.3

Requirements for position:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Engineering.
Experience in automotive industry and in quality management. Previous experience in similar position will be considered a strong advantage.
Knowledge about quality standards: ISO 9000-family; IATF 16949; VDA 6.3; Certificate for auditor will be considered a strong advantage.
Understanding of: 
Automotive core tools and methods (MSA, SPC, MFU,PPAP, FMEA, APQP, Control Plan); Customer-Specific requirements; Process management and process oriented approach; Documentation of a Management System; Quality planning; Supplier management; Customer satisfaction and complaint management; Quality Management system concepts; Evaluation and Improvement of a Quality management system; Measurement and controlling of processes with KPI's; Continuous Improvement; Root cause analysis (5-Why, Ishikawa etc.).
Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English language.
Computer skills: MS Office, Praxis in usage of SAP system is welcome.
General technical overview, ability to read drawings and willingness to learn new technologies.
Flexible, willing to travel and prepared for a short term work abroad.
