Store Visual Merchandiser for Man section

In each department - Bershka, BSK & Man – the products are displayed in accordance with their style, creating a varied offer ranging from informal and sports fashions to basic items and the latest trends. The Woman’s department is the largest and includes two product lines: Bershka and BSK. The former focuses on the latest fashions and trends (denim, evening wear, informal styles and the hottest trends) while BSK targets a younger segment and bases its collection on their tastes and interests. The Man department offers a wide variety of jeans and denim items for younger men as well as informal, sports and fashion items.

Store Visual Merchandiser is the link between the team and the Managers with focus in Man section and VM activities. Interested in fashion, understands the collections in depth, can carry out commercial analyses and  provides the managers and area team with relevant feedback.

The key responsibilities of this position are:

- Organizing, supervising and checking the Product in the section of the store
- Sharing comments and ideas with Store Managers to improve results
- Understands how to analyse the competitors and shares their input with managers.
- Adapts the coordination photos received by the VM Department to the needs of the store.
- Is aware of store sales performance and effectively communicates it to the team.
- Ensures that high standards of customer service are provided in the store, is willing to help and solves issues involving customers.
- If needed, assists managers in supervising the store opening and closing.
- Guarantees successful welcoming of new starters and follows up on their training.
- Be aware of what happens day to day in the store

Requirements:

- You have experience in retail
- You are knowledgeable and passionate about fashion. Always bringing the latest trends and image standards with aesthetic sense, creativity and initiative
- You are an energetic, dynamic person who is not looking for an office-based position
- You have good analytical skills as well as can get on well with people
- You are a good team player and great communicator with excellent customer service
- You are determined to learn and improve your skills
- You have good level of spoken English
