Stock Options Program Manager

Our SumUp office in Sofia is currently hiring for the position of Stock Options Program Manager to join our Global Rewards team, supporting SumUp ‘s Global Virtual Stock Options program.
Main responsibilities:
- Key administrator for SumUp`s virtual stock options system, managed via Shareworks
- Administrate (request, organize, follow-up and document) all approvals related to new plan awards
- Maintain the existing records and updates on them when necessary within Shareworks system
- Calculate new allotments to program participants and import them promptly into the system
- Prepare monthly executive reports with relevant analytics related to the plan and share them with program stakeholders
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports of the program whenever needed to comply with stakeholders' requirements
- Be the main point of contact for employee and stakeholder queries regarding SumUp’s Virtual Stock Options program
- Develop communication material and deploy trainings regarding SumUp’s Virtual stock options plan in order to increase awareness and understanding of the program throughout the organization
- Meet deadlines and quality expectations on quarterly reporting deliverables for IFRS 2
- Stay attentive at all times to participants' feedback, propose and implement new solutions, features, guidelines, system layouts, etc to continuously improve the overall experience we deliver to participants of our Virtual Stock Options Program
- Ensure all the documentation and policies related to the Stock Options program at SumUp are kept up-to-date and that new procedures are implemented where necessary.
- Responsible for accounting JEs for the Holding companies (eg. Expenses, revenue, general ledger entries as monthly accruals, provisions, payroll, etc.)
- Monthly BS Reconciliations preparation
- IC Reconciliation and recharges
Requirements:
- Completed course or level of education in a Business related subject, Accounting,
Business Administration, International Business, Finance or another relevant area - 2+ years of professional experience in the field of reporting, accounting and business analysis
Fluency in English - written and spoken - Enhanced knowledge of G-suite (Sheets, Slides, etc) and/or MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills
- Very good presentation skills, experienced in leading in-house training sessions
- Team player - able to interact with colleagues at all levels
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Very good analytical skills - previous experience in preparing and analyzing reports will be considered a strong advantage
- Proactivity to always push the organization and self to achieve excellence in VSOP administration
- Previous experience with stock options or other compensation/incentive programs is desired but NOT required
