Social Media Marketing Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

DataArt is a global software engineering firm. With over 25 years of experience, teams of highly-trained engineers around the world, deep industry sector knowledge, and ongoing technology research, we help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets.

DataArt is expanding, and we are looking for motivated and energetic people to join our digital marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.


• Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content that builds meaningful connections.


• Maintaining company pages and/or personal profiles to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.


• Continuously improving by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.


• Working with editorial and other marketing teams to drive organic success across social media platforms.


• Collaborating with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of demonstrable social networking experience


• Social analytics tools knowledge


• Understanding of B2B marketing principles


• In-depth experience with LinkedIn, Twitter


• Fluent spoken and written communication in English


• Excellent self-management and organizational skills

Nice to have:

• Understanding of the principles and stages of IT product development


• Experience in working in remote or distributed teams


• Experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn
