ServiceTel is based in Sofia and acts as a Support Team to London based Domex®, a leader in the domestic appliance servicing industry with client base including world leaders such as Beko, Grundig, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Miele and more.
To assist Domex® in its strategy, Servicetel is looking to employ Service Order Verification & Processing Agent based in the Sofia Office.
Our field engineers perform over 450 service calls/visits per day with over 75% being completed and in a need of final verification and completion on our CRM. This is a great opportunity to join a team of smart and young people.
Your duties will include:
• Verify, amend and complete all service orders on Serviceview (our in-house built CRM)
• Complete all service orders on our clients’ web platforms
• Process card payments via online portal
• Update/Input data of supplier invoices on Serviceview
• Support other teams with all accounts/billing enquiries
Key requirements:
• Computer literate and ideally touch typist
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience in data entry / verification role and/or call centre may be advantage but not essential
• Be confident communicator in English both written and spoken
To help you settle and excel in your role we will provide you with:
• Profound training on Serviceview and all 3rd party CRMs
• Technical training necessary for efficient service order closure
• Competitive pay package with full social and pension remuneration
• Trips to London for annual staff conferences and/or training
• 22 day paid holiday
• Flexible hours (daily start time to suit needs), could suit students but full time commitment is necessary
