The main responsibilities for the position are:




  • Prepare executive risk summaries for credit applications, submitted by the Relationship managers (including assessment of the transaction, client’s creditworthiness, collateral position, financial analysis and business plan estimations);

  • Advise the business unit on credit matters related to structuring more complex credit transactions;

  • Participate in different risk relevant projects, carried on local or international Group level;

  • To be closely acquainted with and to apply in his/her activity the legislation frame related to lending activity - laws, BNB and/or European Banking Regulator ordinances, internal regulations, others;

  • To perform credit analysis and give considerations in accordance with the Internal Rules for Underwriting and the Credit Policy to the respective Competence Bodies for credit applications of Retail Banking segment clients /Micro companies and Individuals/, exceeding his/her own competences;

  • To prepare assessments of credit deals and to approve them, within his/her own competences in accordance with the Internal Rules for Retail Banking and the Credit Policy of the Bank;

  • To perform the assigned tasks for control of credit risk for credit transactions, analysis and report to the competent superior bodies;

  • To observe the keeping of the banking secret and confidentiality;

  • To follow the Bank rules and procedures and the legal framework as well as to seek lowering the level of operational and reputational risks related to the job;

  • To represent the Bank if necessary in negotiations on credit deals with Retail Banking Segment Clients / Micro companies and Individuals/ together with representatives of Retail Banking Division.










The appropriate candidates must have:



  • Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings and propose solutions that address expressed needs;

  • Strong skills as a change agent, a facilitator, an analyst, and problem solver;

  • University degree in Economics, preferably master degree in Finance/Accounting;

  • Minimum three years of experience as risk manager/credit analyst/ -finanicng of Micro companies and Individuals. Excellent command of English and computer literacy - MS Office, Power point

  • To be a team player;

  • To be able to process high amount of information in a short time and to be а decision taker, as well as to take responsibility for decisions taken.
