Who we look for:
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team in Sofia and solve complex needs with clarity and simplicity. The successful candidate is a self-motivated professional who can work independently but also thrives in and helps contribute to a culture of teamwork. You are obsessed with creating beautifully clear experiences and designs that deliver meaning.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Contributing to the development of strong branding, visual identity, and employer brand experience
- Developing creative and visual concepts for marketing materials for our digital presence to make our brand stand out from the competition
- Creating visual concepts for sales collateral such as high visual impact slides, proposals, case studies, and data visualization graphics that help effectively deliver the message
- Proactively identifying and suggesting ways to enhance the overall presence and feel of the brand visually
- Having the courage to challenge decisions when you see points for improvement
- Working in collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team to ensure consistency in all visual elements and concepts
- Staying on top of design trends and applying good practices, guidelines, and principles for graphic design
- Creating and maintaining banks with standardized reusable assets, including icons, photos, templates
What we look for:
- Proficiency. At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design and excellent skills in working with computer software for graphic development (Adobe Creative Cloud apps: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Digital Literacy. Excellent command of Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Ambition. Eagerness to learn and reach new levels of professional and personal mastery. Ability to grasp new concepts effectively, push yourself out of your comfort zone, and tackle unexpected challenges.
- Self-discipline and precision. Good organizational skills and ability to focus your attention effectively. You can be entrusted with responsibilities and can manage and keep deadlines.
- Team player. Your team’s success is your success. “Ego” is a hated word.
- Proficiency in English. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
