Senior Financial Controller with English

For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division) located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for Senior Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Month end reporting of divisional figures;


• Perform analysis, monitoring & controlling of forecasted, budgeted and reported data on a divisional level;


• Participate in the coordination of the bottom up process of budgeting for the division;


• Apply critical thinking and challenge the inputs of the others;


• Ongoing challenging, improvement and stabilization of existing processes;


• Active involvement in the creative process of new reporting tools;


• Ad-hoc reporting;

Requirements:

• BS/BA and Master in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance or ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified;


• 4+ years of experience in Finance (experience in Controlling is a strong advantage);


• Strong financial analysis background combined with advanced excel skills;


• Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading) is a must;


• Excellent business orientation, with understanding of key drivers, issues, constraints etc of the business;


• Ability to understand / deal with complex issues and ambiguity, and implement practical and innovative solutions to problems;


• Adapt easily to agile working environment;


• Strong interpersonal skills;


• Ability to establish logic links among different data sources;


• Driver of change and constantly looking for improvements;


• Pro-active behaviors that demonstrate initiative and positive work ethic to ensure activities are delivered to the required time, budget and quality.
