Bansko Agency have been in operation for over 10 yrs and operate a multi service provision within the Facilities management, recruitment, food and beverage industry plus, management board support for two not for profit organisations.
This role is to fully support the Director and company in all areas of their business operation and duties would typically include:
• First point of contact when dealing with correspondence and telephone calls.
• Diary management when organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
• Arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Organising events, Interviews and liaison with external contractors.
• Time management for manager/executives including deadlines.
• Compiling and preparing financial reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Managing in house software and bespoke systems of work.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
• Collating expense reports and invoicing for services.
• Bulgarian and English communication skills are essential for this role.
• Driving license is preferred but not essential.
Working hours and Benefits:
Working times are generally 9-5 Monday to Friday

Salary on offer will be reflective of previous experience in a similar role and accommodation package could be an option as part of the offer.
