For our office in Sofia we are looking to hire:

SALES SPECIALIST – PRICES AND ADMINISTRATION

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for pricing agreements with the customer in the pre-production phase.
Respond and ensure that sales prices are consistent with the customer's agreed prices.
Performs verification and confirmation of contracts and their administration in the system.
Calculates and manages sales prices to direct customers based on contracts or pricing lists sent by individual shopping centers.
Analyzes the difference in sales prices.
Requires missing contracts / rates from customers and malls.
Prepares and administers the pricing process.
Creates and manages basic sales data.
Assists with the collection process.
Processes the process needed to invoice investments and direct customer development costs.
Maintanace of datas at B2B related to the respective customer´s care (covisint, vwgroupsupply etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in Economics.
Very good computer literacy /very good Excel proficiency.
Knowledge of English at a communicative level - B1 / B2.
A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of working with the SAP system will be an advantage.
Responsible, organized, proactive and communicative personality.
