Our cutting-edge technology and vision-led approach are changing the way SMEs sell products and services. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Sales Operations Manager, who will take the lead of the Sales Operations division.
The ideal candidate will have background in leading sales teams, with a good mix of inside sales and field sales experience. As our Sales Operations Manager you will work closely with our sales managers across Europe, maximize efficiency and productivity across all sales teams and sales channels.
You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and will be working closely with International Head of Sales, sales managers and sales teams in our HQ and across subsidiaries in Europe and the UK.
Your role will require you to take the lead and act as a key growth driver by continuously improving our methodology, our sales process, conversion rates, related processes and procedures.
To be successful in the role, you have to possess outstanding organizational skills which will enable you to mediate and unite the efforts of various team members, including managers, around the same goal. About the role: - Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas;
- Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards;
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes;
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment;
- Consistent improvement of the usage of the newly implemented CRM, optimization of workflows, automations, integration with internal systems etc.;
- Critical thinking to identify short, mid and long-term opportunities for further improvements, introduction of new technologies, processes etc.;
- Proactively track progress with an actionable approach;
- Develop the existing Sales Operations team by training and delegating tasks and responsibilities. Plan the team’s expansion, based on the company’s strategy;
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on lead generation and provide insights into conversion rates;
- Collaborate with new sales team members to provide training and ongoing guidance;
- Submit weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports;

- 3-5 years of experience leading sales operations. A subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards;
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact;
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of CRM applications (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or similar) and email marketing strategies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English;
