Sales Manager
Hotel "White Rock Castle" (Balchik) opens the position of sales and marketing manager.
We are waiting from the candidates:
- experience in the similar position in hotels management
- good communication skills
- high level of responsibility
- joy to working with people
- professional knowledge of hotels system and ability to work with lots of information
- working in team
- good knowledge in English (Romanian will be an advantage)
We offer:
• full year contract (after the approbation period)
• basic salary 1000-1200 lv, work schedule 5-2
• individual percent from sales
• official employment
• possibility to live in the hotel in summer season
• food during the working hours
• fitness room in the hotel for free
Responsibilities:
- managing the requests (email, phone, meetings)
- working with group bookings, tour operators and individual clients
- promote the extra services in the hotel, create an offers
- searching for a new markets and partners
- managing the feedbacks from the guests
