We are looking for a great technical support specialist to join our team. Someone that loves to troubleshoot, find and present solutions to our clients and that gets excited by new technologies.

What will be your role?




We are looking for a hungry Sales Junior to help scale and grow our market reach. You will play a key role as we expand our sales and business development activities to support our Sales targets. You will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to create, nurture and qualify opportunities with multi-channel outbound efforts targeting accounts to feed the sales pipeline.








And in details:






  • Identify, nurture and create outbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities via phone, email and LinkedIn

  • Work closely with Sales Management, Marketing to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business and support successful outbound campaigns

  • Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospects

  • Manage all data fields inputs to our CRM system

  • Report to the Sales Director on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

  • Conduct discovery calls to Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans







So who will be joining us?






  • A minimum of 1 years of sales experience in the IT industry /Telecommunication / SaaS Sales / B2B sales

  • Excellent English skills

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques - including outbound

  • Knowledge of Sales Navigator and Social Media platforms

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Utilize scheduling tools and marketing automation tools for nurture campaigns

  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
