SALES/ CONVERSION AGENTS WITH GERMAN

Key position responsibilities:
✔️ Performing inbound and outbound calls by/to patients – providing information to prospective patients
✔️ Providing detailed information about the services offered
✔️ Responding accurately and timely to patient needs and inquiries, ensuring assistance within the required approved script.
✔️ Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments and informational materials to existing and prospective customers
Our requirements:
✔️ Fluency in German language;
✔️ Intermediate (B1) level of English language.
✔️ Excellent interpersonal (written and verbal) communication skills;
✔️ Excellent telephone etiquette, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to quickly evaluate and respond to an array of inquiries; ability to approach a high volume of requests with a positive attitude and an ability to resolve the issue at hand;
✔️ Ability to counsel clients of all ages, cultures, and educational levels;
✔️ Drive and enthusiasm for supporting patients;
✔️ Excellent listening and problem-solving skills;
✔️ Excellent documentation accuracy;
✔️ Ability to work in a team.
