Once you join our team as Revenue Accountant you will:




  • Generation of the intragroup and external invoices

  • Responsible for the data collection and analyse of the rechargeable costs of the maintenance events

  • Issuing partial invoices, covering the fix prices to the end customer, issuing of an estimated final invoice according to the internal procedure if needed, generation of the final invoice

  • Booking of the rechargeable AP invoices, collection and analysing the rechargeable costs to the end customer

  • Collecting all documents needed for the invoice to the end customer – all rechargeable AP invoices, Customer approval sheets (CAS’s) and the standard invoice summary breakdown

  • Responsible for preparing invoices for the delivery of goods or services rendered

  • Responsible for preparing invoices for the line maintenance contracts and AOG cases

  • Record invoices in accounting system, maintain back up documentation and distribute invoices

  • On a monthly base running the dunning procedure

  • On a regular base preparing a statement of account for the customers

  • Regularly work directly with clients, monitoring and managing their accounts

  • Participating in monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting cycles and preparing monthly financial statements

  • Run and review AR aging report and provide AR analysis to management; timely report to management significant delinquencies, potential bad debt and customer disputes

  • Check company outstanding ledger accounts and ensure that they are duly collected by clients

  • Review and ensure compliance with terms of the contracts

  • Assist with month end close procedures including preparation of journal entries for revenue and rechargeable costs accruals

  • Supporting aircraft release and credit control

  • Availability to travel abroad






To be successful in the role you need:



  • At least 2 years relevant job experience and/ or experience beside the study with internships

  • University degree in Economics, Industrial engineering, Mathematics and/ or Physics

  • Experience in business negotiations

  • Very good analytical skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Team spirit



  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • Very good knowledge in MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); good SAP skills (FI/CO-module) desirable
