We are currently offering you an exciting opportunity to become part of our Supply Chain team in Sofia as Returnable Packaging Materials Manager.


Responsibilities:



  • Drives company Returnable Packaging Materials (RPM) agenda on strategic and tactical level;

  • Translates company annual plans into necessary logistical footprint decisions regarding RPM to ensure sustainable RPM availability and develops robust plans for resolution of constraints;

  • Owns forecasting process for RPM , translates forecast and production plans into RPM requirements and determines impact on RPM availability and costs;

  • Plans and controls the availability of returnable assets, according to the requirements of the packaging process and in cooperation with the Commercial, Procurement and Planning departments;

  • Drives availability and quality of sorted empties in collaboration with service providers and customers;

  • Monitors the execution and progress of the return flow;

  • Measures, monitors and controls the market loss, site loss, circulation time and deposit balance of RPM SKUs;

  • Monitors and controls the repair of returnable assets;

  • Manages and leads broad scope of cross-functional initiatives to ensure availability and quality of RPM and acts as expert for returnable packaging and deposit systems within the company;

  • Owns planning process for RPM capacities in line with overall supply strategy and mobilizes necessary stakeholders to mitigate risks;

  • Owns and drives continuous improvement agenda in the field of RPM by applying Lean/ Six Sigma methods and techniques with a focus on RPM losses and circulation;

  • Provides clear and accurate information on RPM performance, and develop new indicators that provide deeper insight in the RPM performance.


Requirements:



  • University degree in the area of Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Economics;

  • At least 4 years of managerial experience in the area of Logistics/ Materials Management or Customer Service, preferably within the FMCG sector;

  • Good business acumen and level of understanding of E2E Supply Chain processes;

  • Pro-active attitude with a drive for continuous professional development;

  • Highly self-organized with proven analytical skills and a “Play to win” mindset;

  • Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills;

  • Experience with change management initiatives and good influencing skills;

  • Experience with project management and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean/ Six Sigma;

  • Highly-proficient in MS office; Experience with SAP and/or Power BI is considered advantage;

  • Excellent in English;

  • Clean driving license and a willingness to travel on a regular base.
