• English language is a must
• Responsible for all reservations coming from different channels, Tour operators, agencies
• Posting promotions, posts and advertisements
• Answering emails and assisting with client inquiries via live phone & email
• Working with hotel system software
• Following up on online payments
• Coordinating by phone all the tasks, duties and reports for housekeeping and maintenance departments
• Handling guests` problems, issues, complaints, giving locations and directions if needed
• Responding to feedback and reviews
