We are looking to hire a motivated individual with strong leadership potential, technical skills, and a desire to step into a key role in our organization as a Team Lead in the Professional Services Cloud Center of Excellence (PS CCoE)
team. Your primary role (up to 75% of your time) will be to build cloud-based solutions for our clients aligned with the values and business goals of the company. You will also be responsible for the career growth of your team members and

Responsibilities
Project responsibilities
- Provide technology consulting to our clients on their system architecture and infrastructure
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure scalability, resilience, security, and availability of the software products
- Create and implement security practices and policies, build HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC2 compliant cloud environments
- Spread DevOps, DevSecOps culture and practices, develop CI/CD pipelines
- Build fully auditable and replicable infrastructures based on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and immutable infrastructure approaches
- Provide technical leadership for small, medium, and enterprise software projects
- Review and analyze business requirements and provide a technical perspective on approach, risk, and estimated development time
- Develop a flexible and robust platform architecture to support changing business requirements
People leadership responsibilities
- Lead a team of several Cloud Engineers and Architects
- Develop the team, understand their drivers, and facilitate their career objectives
- Coach individuals in terms of personal and technical development
- Responsible for the line management of the individuals in your team
- Accountable for performance management
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
- Previous experience in a leadership role will be considered as a great advantage
- Hands-on experience with public cloud and building CI/CD pipelines
- Fluency with infrastructure as code approach and tools
- Expert in Docker containers
- Good knowledge of networking and internetworking, SDN
- Ability and desire to quickly ramp up on new concepts and technologies
- Excellent client communication skills – a demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, gather information, give direction, and report status
- Ability to settle into a new environment quickly
- Delivery focused, self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Excellent spoken and written English
A significant advantage would be
- Fluency with the HashiCorp toolchain
- Automation experience with Terraform
- Experience with build management and source control management tools
- Experience in microservices architectures
- Knowledge and experience with Kubernetes
