REGIONAL SALES MANAGER BULGARIA

Your scope of duties:
• Preparation and implementation of a sales strategy, building long-term relationships with key clients in the Bulgarian market
• Taking care of current and new customers and business partners in the area of FMCG (retail chains, drugstores, supermarkets, hypermarkets) also in other distribution channels, including DIY (construction) retail chains
• Development of sales in the traditional market
• Conducting annual negotiations and daily operational work with the client
• Implementation of designated KPIs in a managed sales channel
• Preparation of commercial reports, presentations, price and profitability analyzes, P&L, etc.
• Preparation of promotions and inquiries
• Monitoring and analysis of market data regarding the segment, consumers, competitor’s activities and the results of the products offered
• Close cooperation with the Management and other departments in the Company
• Preparation and implementation of commercial contracts
Our expectations:
• Very good knowledge of the Bulgarian market
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales on managerial positions
• Higher education
• Fluent knowledge of the Bulgarian language, good spoken and written English - level B2 / necessary condition, knowledge of an additional language, e.g. German, is welcome
• Fluency in MS Office, including MS Excel
• Availability, readiness for business trips, driving license category B
• Focus on the result and highly developed analytical skills
• Perfect organization of own work, high communication, negotiation and presentation skills,
• Proactive approach to solving entrusted tasks, own initiative and creativity
• readiness to work remotely
