Recruitment Specialist


E-Velox OOD is a new company specializing in the production of high end electrical bicycles. We have coupled the latest and most innovative technologies with the highest production standards in order to achieve competitive advantage and maximum efficiency.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life through production of ergonomic electrical bikes for urban mobility and sport. We have created, in order to achieve this goal, a work environment where our people can feel needed and appreciated.

Our production premises are situated in a newly erected building with a total size of 25,000 sq. m. The building has been constructed according to the latest requirements for safety, ergonomics and efficiency. The production process is highly automated and designed with attention to every detail as well as with attention to every person who will be engaged in it.

We are producing for the entire European market which guarantees regular demand for our products and therefore security for all people engaged in our working processes.

We, in relation to the start of our project, are looking to hire a person for the position of
Recruitment Specialist.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of professional experience on a similar position;
• University degree in Human Resources or similar;
• Fluency in both English and Bulgarian - written and spoken;
• Excellent MS Office skills;
• Interpersonal skills to interact with team members, customers and HR agencies;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Knowledge in Labor Relations and experience in training will be considered a strong advantage;
• Passion for finding talent, connecting to relevant candidate networks etc.
• Positive and professional attitude;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail;
• Result orienting and ability to prioritize tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing attractive job ads in line with job descriptions and preliminary agreed criteria for
selection with the line managers;
• Proactively searching for candidates through different platforms and channels, headhunting;
• Participating in job events and college/university recruiting initiatives;
• Conducting pre-screen calls and interviews;
• Coordinating interview schedules;
• Proactively manage and maintain the database of candidates;
• Providing feedback (both verbal & written) to candidates;
• Managing every stage of the recruitment process - from initial communication and attracting talent to interviewing, final selection, offer and contract preparation, placement and on-boarding;
• Sending job offers and helping with the on-boarding process of the new employees;
• Participating and organizing process about internal and external trainings and social initiatives;
• Relay company policies and guidelines to employees, and enforce standards for professional behavior and general work process;
• Providing exit interviews;
• Active cooperation and participation in the activities of the HR team.
