Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Initiate and develop business relationships with select college and universities

  • Develop long-term business relationships with college professors, deans, career planning and placement staff, student leaders of the specific college or university.

  • Promote UR program through various advertising channels and social media such as university career sites, campus organizations, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Work with business leaders and recruiters to plan, organize and execute university-based recruitment events

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate interviewer comments, college and graduate school transcripts, resumes, and personality assessments in order to determine candidates eligible for consideration by the hiring manager(s).

  • Support any special needs of both the University Relations Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Team by recruiting for special staffing initiatives.

  • Analyze and seek to promote constant improvement of the recruitment process.


Requirements



  • Fluent in English language (written and verbal)

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree, preferably in a business discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a related field

  • Previous experience in similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office products, etc.

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Effective leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure
