MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES for the position:
• Welcomes, registers and accommodates the guests taking care for their pleasant stay according to the Company standards;
• Provides the guests with information about the prices and services offered by the hotel and actively sells them;
• Informs Housekeeping, Maintenance about the status of the hotel rooms and F&B Department about special requirements of the guests;
• Handles telephone calls;
• Accept payments and issues bills and invoices;
• Keeps the requirements for order and hygiene on the work place;
• Executes other tasks as assigned when necessary.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS for the position:
• Previous experience as Receptionist (considered as an advantage);
• Languages: fluent in English (other foreign languages are considered as an advantage);
• Computer literacy: MS Office, Clock Evolution (considered as an advantage);
• Self motivated and promoting positive work environment;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
