Quality management system:
QMS maintaining and compliance to the standard requirements;
QMS Continuous improvement;
Internal auditing (IA) of QMS and leading/participation in IA. IA results analysis and improvement defining;
Prepares/FUPs reports from IA and follows the NC/findings;
Maintains CAPA on the audits` findings, and communicates with the CAPA responsible;
IA training of other employees; IA yearly (participating in) planning and execution within BMH;
Participates in QMS presenting during external audits; Leads the findings` on QMS, solving/closing;
Maintains communication with external certifying/notification bodies concerning certification, auditing, findings and other;
Participates in assurance of CE type certification by presenting of QMS within notification bodies` requests;
Harmonisation of corporate QMS with the local one;
Assures maximum applicability of corp. QMS and local QMS` efficiency improvement;
Periodic reporting of QMS status and performance to Director Q&RA;
Performs tasks required by her direct manager and/or Director Quality and RA, upon daily and occasional necessities;
PROFILE
University degree related to position;
Working experience – at least 1 year in QMS, auditing, CAPA, problem solving tools and means;
Digital competence;
Communication skills and ability of team work;
Organizational skills;
English language
