We are currently looking for one of our clients – production company, a highly motivated candidate for the position of:
Job Brief:
- A Quality Manager is in charge of supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards.
- Their duties include developing and implementing quality control tests, inspecting products at various stages and writing reports documenting production issues.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
- Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
- Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
- Select the appropriate complex tests and carry out using specialized methods and equipment; validate and interpret test data to verify that specifications are met and/or to identify remedial actions required to ensure conformance or suitability.
- Finding the reasons for product problems
- Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Monitor and review performance against Health, Safety and Environment KPIs, and patterns of behaviour within the area of responsibility.
- Take action improve performance and to resolve non-compliance with the organization's HS&E policies, procedures and mandatory instructions.
Ideal background/ experience:
- Relevant academic background - Technical university degree or comparable
- Good level of English (minimum B2)
- 3+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Industry relevant production experience in quality systems, procedures and inspection methods.
- Supervisory experience
- Must have a broad knowledge of the principles and regulations related to quality assurance.
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others
