For our Plant in Plovdiv we are looking for:

Quality Engineer

Your new responsibilities:
 –  Take part in the process of implementation of new products;
 –  Define criteria for production’s daily release and control check lists;
 –  Manage the work load and tasks distribution of Quality Technicians;
 –  Create and update control plans, defect catalogues and  work instructions for quality control in production;
 –  Prepare analyses and statistics on performace of production control;
 –  Perform process audits according to the process audit calendar, issue audit report and monitor the planned actions status;
 –  Monitor the planned actions for 8D closing. Proactively push for the on-time action closing;
 –  Participate in Change Management Teams;
 –  Provide timely feedback to prevent quality defects;
 –  Follow & Report Internal targets;
 –  Clear and accurate information to supervisors or persons responsible in the event of an unusual situation;
 –  Compliance with internal rules of the company's safety rules, quality, discipline and 5S.

Minimal requirements:
 - Bachelor Degree in electronics;
 - Experience in the area of engineering, quality or manufacturing environment;
 - Knowledge of quality engineering improvement tools such as root cause analysis, corrective action, and standard improvement processes etc.;
 - Working on Control plans for serial production, will be considered as advantage;
 - Experience in conducting internal audits will be considered as advantage;
 - Advanced analytical skills;
 - Fluency in English (written and spoken);
 - Excellent Computer Literacy.
