Project Manager

GTC Bulgaria is part of GTC group – one of the leading commercial real estate developers in Europe. The company is looking for a proper candidate for the position of Project Manager.
The position is permanent, full-time and offers positive international working environment, career development and great office location.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years experience on the similar position;
• University degree–Civil Engineer or Architect
• Knowledge of construction market prices and products;
• Experience with construction cost reporting;
• Excellent level of AutoCad;
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Excellent level of spoken and written English;
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure;
• Well-organized and responsible person;
• Correct and loyal;
Responsibilities:
• Construction site management and management of tenant fit-out works;
• Attend contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers;
• Construction process management, budgets and cost reporting and deadlines;
• Manage tender and negotiation processes, provide clear scope definitions, and review all the tender documents;
• Coordinate permitting activities with local authorities;
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned by the Directors;
