We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented, creative and process driven Project Manager to join our growing team in Sofia!
Project Manager
About the role:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge business requirements with company goals;
- Cordinate with managers and technical personnel during all project phases (from initial development through implementation);
- Proactively supervise and implement project plans to ensure the project is on schedule and on budget;
- Keep stakeholders informed of project status and deliverables, as well as risk and mitigation strategies;
- Communicate with all involved personnel to identify issues, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements;
- Ensure quality assurance for project deliverables;
- Coordinate and support project teams.
Your profile:
- At least 2 years of Project Management or related experience (preferably in iGaming or Casino);
- Master at meeting deadlines and thrive when handling multiple projects;
- Ability to work with both established and newly formed teams, challenging and supporting them;
- Potential to work remotely;
- Capacity to work in fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy;
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
- University degree;
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English languages.
