Project Manager

We are a company implementing projects for supply and delivery of a wide range of specialized equipment – protective, industrial, electrical, measuring, detection equipment, laboratory, diagnostic and other specialized equipment; armoured transport vehicles, fire-fighting vehicles, police, airport and other specialized vehicles; aircrafts and vessels.
For our team we are looking for an enthusiastic professional, who wants to develop himself in the area of Project Management and to lead a variety of challenging projects.Our most successful team members have excellent sales, time management and negotiations skills as well as a drive to succeed.
In this role you have a unique opportunity to be a representative of Excelor all over the world and build relationships to benefit the growth of the business alongside the execution of your own projects.
Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and policies, procedures and guidelines, this position will:
- Coordinate and manage company’s projects from initiation phase to closure phase;
- Establish and maintain relationships with different parties/vendors/subcontractors;
- Effectively participate in commercial discussions and negotiations;
- Ensure tenders are well documented in a timely manner and with appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs;
- Regularly reports the status of the bids.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales experience is a must; Years do not matter, only the skill set;
- Excellent written and spoken English; any other foreign language is a plus;
- Goal oriented person, very ambitious and open-minded;
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, at times stressed work environment;
- Strong team player, self-directed work habits, exhibiting initiative, drive, creativity, maturity, self-
assurance and professionalism.
