In the same year, we won The New World Symphony hackathon with Glue42. About Tick42:
Established in 2010 Tick42 is a rapidly growing, privately owned software product and services business headquartered in Sofia with offices in London and New York.
Our primary product line, Glue42 an industry-leading platform for integrating desktop applications, has been built from the ground up to support both modern web-based applications and legacy systems.
Our Professional Services business offers software development and consultancy services to a range of clients and industries from large enterprises to start-ups who need help to develop their products.
We are looking for a Project Manager who is enthusiastic about helping deliver a successful implementation program to our clients to aid their success on their desktop integration journey.
In this role, you will:
- Have responsibility for the execution and delivery of all projects for key client account (or several smaller accounts) and be the single point of contact for the delivery of all project/consultancy services for that client in Professional Services
- Work with multiple company stakeholders to coordinate the client plans and commitments for Professional Services – working together with Sales and Marketing, Product Engineering, Presales, Support and the CTO office
- Have frequent contact with the client across different levels and departments including developers, architects, BA/PMs, team leads, heads of departments and C-level
- Manage projects, either personally or through a team member, all project(s) in flight with the client
- Have people management responsibilities for team members
- Work with the Glue42 Account Management teams when opportunities are identified to explore them, support the collation of proposals and pricing, scope, plan, and resource the confirmed projects
- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and People Team to align the resource requirements for the account
- Maintain proactive, regular contact and communication and reporting to all stakeholders - both internal and external
Your profile:
- 4+ years of experience in a software project management or technical account management role
- Professionalism in leading and managing multi-year projects or programs for Enterprise clients
- Practical knowledge of SDLC Methodologies – Agile and/or Waterfall
- Background in using project management software (JIRA, Confluence, or similar)
- Practice in delivering fintech product implementations and/or systems integration projects to Tier1 and/or Tier2 financial institutions a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Fluent English - verbal and written
