“KRE” LTD is a production site of Pharmaplast Group in Bulgaria. We are manufacturing variety of innovative products that can be found in most hospitals and pharmacies. For a new position we are looking for an Production supervisor who will be responsible for:
1. Reviewing production orders related to the monthly plan for production and accordingly calculates the quantities required to be produce throughout the month.
2. Lead production employees to ensure job duties are performed safely and effectively.
3. Coordinates with different raw materials departments and ordering production so there will be no conflict with the production monthly plan.
4. Complete reporting and scheduling duties
5. Ensure safety, environmental and quality compliance
6. Accurately calculate the production and ensure quality to minimize scrap and rework.
7. Moves production to semi-finished warehouse with its identification card fully written with no missing info
8. Initiate corrective and preventive action when necessary
9. Identify, record, and report problems relating to the product, process and quality
Requirements:
- BA or MA Technical University degree
- 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse workforce in both an office and manufacturing environment
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- Possess the ability to motivate others and cultivate teamwork
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with Safety, Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement preferred
- Previous supervisory experience
