Production planning specialist

“KRE” LTD is a production site of Pharmaplast Group in Bulgaria. We are manufacturing variety of innovative products that can be found in most hospitals and pharmacies. We are looking for a Production planning specialist in our factory in Katuntsi, Sandanski region, who will be responsible for:
• Prepare the monthly/weekly master production schedule and Material requirements planning, and the production planning and preparation of production schedules for manufacturing;
• Performs mathematical calculations to figure out manufacturing processes, material, personnel and tools;
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit;
• Develop and implement production planning policies, standards, guidelines, technology and procedures;
• Submits production planning report to management and develops solution to address the potential production problems;
• Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery;
• Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities;
• Propose and participate in daily/weekly meetings to keep track of production schedules and update KPI’s as appropriate;
• Utilize any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required;
• Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory Accuracy;
• Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organization;
• Develop Sales and Operations Planning process, producing data and analyzing sales detail as required;
Requirements:
- University technical degree is a must
- 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication verbal and written in Bulgarian and English
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Safety, Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement preferred
