Production Manager

IPI Europe is Company, which specializes in the design and manufacture of a technology mainly used by drilling industries and supplied globally.
We are currently expanding the company's activities in Bulgaria by establishing a manufacturing plant in Haskovo, where we are looking for a responsible person who wants to join our team as:
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Develop and plan jobs by setting priorities and assigning appropriate skill levels, to implement processes to produce a quality product on specification and on time;
• Maintain and keep a schedule for components production to meet dispatch dates;
• Monitor and develop staff qualification and skills;
• Facilitate team performance;
• Prepare purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery;
• To assist in maintaining a safe, happy, clean, and professional working environment;
• Communicate and implement company policies, procedures, and objectives;
• Measure and manage productivity and the allocation of resources;
• Maintain an effective interface with other departments to optimize production and improve processes;
• Liaise with suppliers and participate in the development of specifications for materials and services;
• Work to continuously improve in all areas such as safety, quality, productivity, cost and employee relations.
Requirements:
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Competent technical knowledge and the utilization of technical information and work procedures;
• Excellent time management and record keeping;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Experience with MS Office package.
