Product Support Specialist with Italian (Oil and Gas industry)

Your responsibilities will be:



  • Provide technical information on lubricant and fuels products

  • Provide technical information on the application Fuel & Lubes products

  • Participate in testing and implementation of new upgrades / functionality / equipment, administrative and reporting tasks

  • Provide information on the Used Oil Analysis (Signum) system and similar systems.

  • Working knowledge of software packages as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. CRM and MS Access knowledge are desired features of the incumbent.

  • Contribute to tools development.

  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the co-located Engineers and Field Engineers/Sales.

  • Record all calls and other communications with customers, distributors and inter-department personnel.

  • Very Good Communication and Customer Service Skills, Empathy, Listening skills


Required skills:



  • Bachelor's degree

  • Very Good Knowledge in Italian language

  • Interest in the oil and gas industry with focus on lubricant and fuels products

  • PC literacy, confident in use of MS Office with good command of English language;

  • Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills

  • Adaptable to a changing environment

  • Organized with attention to details
