Product Manager

Our teams are multi-disciplinary and with few dependencies between them. We are using Agile practices, processes and tools.

A bit about your future role...
Follow and analyse product market trends
Contribute to the competitive positioning of the product
Develop product trainings, internal FAQs, product guides, enabling sales teams to work efficiently
Take part in sessions with business stakeholders on requirements elicitation and prioritization
Shape and implement the product roadmap
Influence product user interface design, collaborating with designers on the UI/UX
Manage the product backlog
Take part in conducting refinement sessions for and with the development teams
Plan the iterations of the development and delivery of the product software
Available for collaboration with the immediate team and the direct line manager at all times during agreed working hours
The qualities, experience, and skills we are looking for...
Willingness to work as member of a distributed team
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
2+ years of B2B product management experience developing commercial software products
2+ years of experience as a product manager in a team of 8-10 people
2+ years of experience with and excellent understanding of Agile software development principles (Kanban/Scrum frameworks)
Requirements elicitation and documentation using various techniques (use cases, user stories & acceptance criteria, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and other visuals)
Excellent communication skills
Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Results-oriented, roll-up-the-sleeves-and-get-it-done attitude
Very good written and spoken English (we’re a multi-national team)
