Analytical skills: Ability to evaluate the current environment, gather needs, and propose solutions

Fluent in English

MS Office As plus:
- Experience in database management and project management
- Experience in logistic and / or consumer goods

Manage routine data, including data cleaning and entry in BIC software platforms to ensure completeness and quality

Work in close relation with Marketing (central and countries) and all Supply Chain departments for data collection & answer their needs/requests regarding product data

Report any errors identified during data review to appropriate team members and assist in resolving issues

Be the administrator of the Product Creation Form tool

Training, support, documentation of the process

Creation & management of users and parameters (tables)

Be source of improvements: propose & develop solutions

Generate/update pivot tables and charts of the indicators of interest for routine monitoring purposes as well as ad hoc requests

Maintain master copies of data collection forms (ensuring accurate updating as needed) and supporting documentation for data management system in electronic venue accessible to relevant teams

Active participation of all BIC projects that require product data expertise
