Latécoère Bulgaria is currently looking for a Procurement Agent
Responsibilities:
• Prepare book orders and send it to the suppliers.
• Responsible to make Purchase orders and get the traceability of the material until receive it in warehouse.
• Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned to the company's needs.
• Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers.
• Capability to make the recovery plan with supplier.
• Develop and implement of KPI related to the purchasing department
• Develop and implement all purchasing policies and procedures, in partnership with operations, manufacturing and administration
• Report internally supplier performances.
• Treat receipts disputes and non-conformance notice.
• Treat invoices disputes.
• Communicate with internal customer disposal dates.
• Collaborate with Purchase (supplier escalation process, Supplier Development intervention, etc.)
• Define and follow up the actions necessary to reach the objectives given by his responsible,
Requirements:
• University Degree;
• Experience in the field of purchasing in an international environment – minimum 3 years;
• Managerial, verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship
• Confident with Excel and Word
• Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions)
• Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem
• Experience in the field of purchasing in an international environment
• Knowledge of logistic, MRP processes and rules
Would be great:
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP
