For our client – a Worldwide leading company for data communication solutions in vehicles, with 25+ years experience in the automotive industry, supplier of products for over 350 car models from more than 60 OEMs, HRCP is looking to appoint Process Engineer.

Responsibilities:


  • Based on financial data, analyze the process and detect losses, propose and implement improvement measures

  • Participates and coordinates optimization activities of production processes

  • Performs time and resource time studies

  • Coordinates process validation and verification activities in production

  • Coordinates workplace organization activities by suggesting improvements, equipment, and systems to ensure process standards are met.

  •  Suggests, designs and creates various types of fixtures to optimize jobs in order to avoid defects or improve operator productivity.

  • Optimizes material flows

  • Participates in the processes of defining and creating systems for reporting and analyzing the current state of production

  • Monitors, controls and analyses the performance indicators (KPIs) of the work systems and leads projects for optimization and improvement of the indicators

  • Analyzes customer alerts and requirements, suggesting process adjustments and optimizations according to customer and company standards

  • Proposes and conducts training

  • Actively participates in the creation and preparation of PFMEAs, production documentation and instructions

  • Participates in the development, organization and implementation of key projects within the department, as well as actively assists company ones for innovation and development


Requirements:


  • Master's or Bachelor degree in Engineering is an advantage

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company, experience in the automotive industry is an advantage

  • Microsoft windows, knowledge and working with ERP systems

  • Excellent command of English

  • REFA or other equivalent timekeeping and process analysis system

  • Thorough knowledge of systems and standards: ISO/TS, IATF, VDA

  • Thorough knowledge of process analysis and sub-process methods: 5W, Ishikawa, Pareto, PDCA-

  • In-depth knowledge of Quality core tools: APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP
