The Role  

Due to continuing expansion, Payslip is recruiting a talented Platform Solutions Specialist to support our sales teams, customers, and deliver excellent customer service. In this role, you will deliver powerful presentations in building the compelling case for the Payslip solution to prospective customers. 

 

Key responsibilities  

·  As a product expert, you will deliver powerful platform presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of Payslip software solution to prospect clients
·  Support a team of sales professionals during the sales process
·  Conduct effective discovery sessions of prospect pain points and propose solutions to deliver engaging product demonstrations
·  Set up and maintain all product demo environments
·  Pre-demo preparation and configuration of platform to fit the needs of the prospect client
·  Coordinate set up and demonstration activities with Integrations, Product, Marketing and Sales Teams
·  Communicate effectively client needs to the Product and Integrations Teams for future product enhancements
·  Develop and maintain full technical knowledge of Payslip platform and technology suite
·  Keep up to date with all the latest product information
·  Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide two-way communication on customer issues and questions. 

 

Qualifications and skills required  

·  3+ years of professional experience in a technical role 
·  Strong technical skills and ability to pick up new technology and concepts quickly 
·  Exceptional Interpersonal and communications skills 
·  Strong Attention to detail and self-initiative 
·  Exceptional project management skills and experience
·  Strong active listener with a proven ability to build relationships across all levels 
·  Ability to learn quickly and keep up to date with developments
·  Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
·  A passion for excellent customer service
