PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER

TRANSPORT GROUP BULGARIA LTD develops successful business in the sphere of administrative services to international transport companies. With regard to developing its organizational structure the company is searching to recruit an active and energetic person for the position of PERSONAL ASSISTANT to the GENERAL MANAGER.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General office and secretarial duties such as copying, filing, scanning, etc.
- Preparation of documents and maintenance of business correspondence in Bulgarian and in English;
- Organisation and management of the General Manager’s agenda;
- Dealing with staff, suppliers and clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian and English;
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point);
- Previous experience in supporting administrative role is an advantage;
- Skills for planning, time management and ability to prioritize;
- Skills for work in a team and positive attitude;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
