Personal Assistant to the CEO





The company is looking for a responsible and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO keen to pursue a career in a multinational organisation. The person will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will provide personalized administrative support to the executive team of the company.



Main responsibilities:



  • Support the CEO and the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are achieved, and operations run smoothly;

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients and partners;

  • Produce information by translating, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics;

  • Assist the CEO and the executive team in time management by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents;

  • Maintain the CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences and travels;

  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities, arranging necessary cleaning and repairing activities;

  • Develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office;

  • Take dictation and minutes, record and translate during meetings when needed;

  • Manage a small team of Administrative Assistants and is responsible for their performance and daily work tasks;

  • Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodation for the executive team and staff members;

  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs;

  • Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.


What are we looking for:



  • University Degree in Business Administration, Organisational Science or other relevant;

  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written;

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills;

  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities;

  • Ability to apply quality control processes and make decisions;

  • A collaborative and team-oriented attitude;

  • Attention to detail.
