Your challenges will be to:

• Collect, organize and analyze data from multiple sources.


• Develop reports, KPIs and clean data issues.


• Support Contact center in preparation and follow up of outbound campaigns.


• Perform on-going analytical support for the marketing department.


• Identify, analyse and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets.


• Identify automating process opportunities and functions that will streamline current and future data management and reporting for the business.
  

Our expectations: 

• Ability to structure and analyze data.


• Ability to understand complex data and turn it into concise and meaningful insights.


• Previous experience with reporting and/or data analysis.


• Experience with SQL - will be an advantage.


• Willingness to learn new systems and tools.


• Organized with attention to detail.


• Fluent English.


• Bachelor's Degree.
